- We will then advertise this vacancy on the leading job boards, and depending on the campaign type you have chosen, we will send you either all the CV’s, or just the relevant ones.
- You can choose to interview and hire whoever you like from the CV’s you receive.
Q. Where will you advertise my job / find my candidates from?
- We use the leading UK generalist and industry specific job boards to source candidates on your behalf.
- Depending on the campaign type you choose we will run advert only campaigns, or a combination of advertising and CV database searching.
Q. Is my vacancy suitable for www.easyonlinerecruitment.co.uk?
YES! – Due to the extensive resources and job boards we have available we are able to assist with any recruitment need you may have within your business.
Q. What will my advert look like?
When we advertise we do it in the same way that a standard recruitment agency would, so it will have our logo on it. If you want or require your own branded advert then we can assist in some instances, although we generally find this adds little value compared to the extra cost associated.
Q. Why should I use easyonlinerecruitment.co.uk instead of a traditional recruitment agency?
- Traditionally recruitment agencies charge a percentage of the successful candidates starting salary, so for instance if you pay an employee introduced by an agency £25000 and the agency charges 15% then the fee payable will be £3750.
- By using www.easyonlinerecruitment.co.uk we can help you to tap into the same online resource the traditional recruitment agencies have at their disposal. We will present candidates to you and charge one simple flat fee. It is up to you how many people you interview and ultimately hire.

The information we need to get started is all pretty simple. The main things we require are:

Q. How & When do I pay for my campaign?
You can pay us in a number of ways including BACS, Cheque, Paypal, Credit Card, or you can even drop in with some cash if you like!! Really whatever suits you.
All we ask is that you make a commitment to us before we start work on your campaign, by choosing the relevant flat fee structure from our pricing model. As we provide a guaranteed results service we have standard 7 day payment terms, but as we get to know each other better we can work out some more bespoke terms.
As soon as we have agreed this we will start work on finding you the candidates you need for your business.
